Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling room assignments, answering questions, and coordinating with housekeeping. Flexible shifts including holidays and weekends are required.

• Operate the front desk system and process payments.

• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.

• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
