Daly Seven is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests in Durham, NC, handling check-ins/outs and serving as the local expert on attractions and dining. You will maintain lobby areas and assist with reservations and special requests while delivering friendly, accurate service.

Responsibilities include cash handling, operating front desk systems, coordinating continental breakfast, and ensuring safety and professionalism across shifts (7-3 and 3-11).

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with warmth and handle check-ins/outs.
• Be the go-to expert for local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Handle guest complaints with professional care.
• Promote the franchise membership club and future stays.
• Assist guests when the hotel is full by providing lodging referrals.
• Set up lobby, continental breakfast, and coffee service.
• Operate front desk systems and switchboard; manage reservations and cash handling.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or injuries when needed.
