Job summary

The Riverfront Hotel, part of Highgate Hotels, is hiring a Guest Services Agent to provide attentive, courteous service at check-in, during the stay, and at checkout. You will assist guests with room reservations, inquiries, and local information while contributing to revenue and occupancy goals.

Strong computer skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. The role requires flexible hours and a customer-focused approach in a busy front desk environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel front desk or related field preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Front Desk per Highgate Hotel standards.
• Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Assist with logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages.
• Balance shift paperwork and prepare closeout reports.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Be familiar with rates, packages and promotions in the Red Book.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist guests with needs.
