B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a guest service associate to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service across front desk operations.

Responsibilities include processing check-ins/outs, handling reservations, and providing local area information while maintaining brand standards. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior guest service experience required preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Assists guests by having knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services.
• Works as a team player to meet guests' needs and supports other departments.
• Follow guest service recovery program and safety procedures.
