You will provide timely, accurate information and up-sell hotel amenities to enhance guest experiences while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of guest service experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication, detail-oriented, customer-focused in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs and verify billing.
• Assist guests with reservations and requests professionally.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel outlets, local attractions, and hours of operation.
• Collaborate with other departments and support guest service recovery.
