B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Arlington, VA to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service at the front desk.

You will process check-ins/outs, verify billing, assist with reservations, and provide information on local attractions and hotel hours. Flexibility for weekends and some holidays is required; base pay is complemented by benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Assist guests with knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guests' needs and follow guest service recovery procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to brand standards.
