This is a full-time, customer-focused position requiring flexibility for scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Provide guests with knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and hours of operation.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue while following policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with other departments as needed.
