B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and assist with reservations and requests in a timely, professional manner.

This role requires weekend availability for the 3pm–11pm shift, strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of service; previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Assist guests with knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation.
• Support other departments to meet guest needs and follow the guest service recovery program.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow emergency procedures.
