Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a front desk professional to greet guests, process check-ins/outs, and assist with reservations in a friendly, timely manner. You will contribute to guest satisfaction by knowing hotel operations and local attractions, while upholding high service standards.

The role requires 7 AM – 5 PM shifts including some weekends/holidays, with 1+ year experience in guest services and strong communication. Base pay is hourly and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience required preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner. Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: Maximize room revenues, monitor room availability, and up-sell rooms and amenities.
• Self/Workload Management: Plan, organize and prioritize work duties; attend required meetings.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow emergency procedures.
