Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Assist guests with reservations and information about local attractions and hours of operation.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property and services; collaborate with other departments as needed.
