Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and help them navigate promotions and Target apps for a quick, convenient shopping experience.

Work includes operating scanners, processing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety, with flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Prior guest service experience is beneficial.
