Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, guide them through purchases, and explain benefits of loyalty programs. You will help guests use the Target App, assist with drive-up and order pickup, and resolve questions to keep checkout fast and friendly.

Training focuses on guest service, teamwork, and safety. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and peak shopping times, in a dynamic store environment.
