Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests have a joyful shopping experience in our stores. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide them to products and services both in-store and via the Target App.

You will promote loyalty programs, handle checkout essentials, and collaborate with team members to ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining store cleanliness and safety. This role requires flexibility and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Help customers use Target App features like Drive Up and Order Pick Up.
• Resolve guest concerns and follow Target policies with leadership support.
• Keep a clean, safe workspace and stock supplies during open hours.
