Job summary

TARGET is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver outstanding guest service and help guests navigate store services and the Target App. You will greet guests, answer questions, and support quick, accurate transactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and are flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover products, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standards.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Help guests with questions, returns, and using store services and apps.
• Promote store promotions, benefits, Loyalty programs and sign-ups.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with inventory as needed.
