Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide friendly, efficient service in-store. You will greet guests, assist with product questions, and help guests navigate promos, the Target App, and loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes accuracy at checkout and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. You should be comfortable with a fast-paced, physically active setting and able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Promote and explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Operate scanners and handle checkout operations accurately and safely.
• Support drive up, order pick up, and returns while following policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area during shifts.
