Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver friendly guest service in-store. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and use handheld scanners to support quick, accurate transactions.

You will also promote Target's services and loyalty programs, and adapt to a flexible, shift-based schedule. Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, staying organized in a busy environment, and working as part of a team to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Target guest service experience by meeting the needs of guests on the shop floor.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries, complaints, and product questions.
• Operate scanners and other handheld devices to complete transactions.
• Explain features and benefits of products and services and assist with sign-ups.
