Ethyca is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to own the architecture, integration, and optimization of our Sales and Marketing tech stack, including HubSpot as the system of record. Priority for on-site work in New York City or Montreal, with responsibility for the systems roadmap and data governance across tools like Gong and Clay.

You will design scalable workflows and automation that scale with us, partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on CRM design and integration experience; HubSpot certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of CRM integration across the modern revenue stack from prospecting to CS tooling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable systems and processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Own architecture and day-to-day operation of the Sales/Marketing tech stack with HubSpot as the system of record.
• Build workflows, automations, and reporting to power day-to-day sales and marketing operations.
• Establish data governance, naming conventions, deduplication, and lifecycle policies.
• Document and optimize GTM processes including lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to streamline GTM workflows.
• Support adoption with training materials and change management.
