Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve the revenue engine stack. You will interface with sellers, marketers, and leadership to surface signals, automate processes, and remove friction for faster deals.

You will architect and maintain integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and other tools, while ensuring data quality and actionable insights for pipeline health and campaign impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, or Zapier.
• Curious about new GTM tools and excited to experiment with AI-driven workflows.
• Experience designing workflows and automation that improve sales productivity.
• Comfortable working directly with sellers and translating operational needs into system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the GTM tech stack architecture across sales, marketing, and growth.
• Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Harmonic, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, and Zapier.
• Design automation workflows to eliminate manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Ensure enrichment data, engagement signals, and activity history flow across systems.
