Job summary

FinQuery, Atlanta-based leader in lease accounting automation, seeks a GTM Systems leader to architect and scale our GTM tech stack. You will own HubSpot CRM, CPQ/quoting, and integrations, while guiding a small team and influencing cross-functional RevOps decisions.

You will translate business needs into scalable system designs, manage data governance, and drive a roadmap that improves pipeline, forecasting, and deal velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM Systems
• Deep HubSpot CRM expertise incl. object model and workflows
• Hands-on CPQ/quoting tools experience (DealHub or similar)
• Experience migrating systems and ensuring clean data post-migration
• Proven program/project management to run a roadmap and ship on timeline
• Experience leading people in a systems/technical function
• Strong SQL or equivalent data fluency for troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Own GTM systems architecture end-to-end (HubSpot CRM, CPQ/quoting, integrations)
• Build and maintain a systems roadmap aligned to GTM priorities
• Define data governance standards for object model and lead-to-cash integrity
• Evaluate and consolidate tooling to reduce redundancy and debt
• Translate business requirements into system design and build
• Lead intake process and prioritize system requests while balancing roadmap work
• Manage a small team (1 FTE + 1 contractor) and growth plans
• Establish scalable workflows, sprint cadence, and documentation standards
• Act as escalation point for revenue-critical system issues
• Partner with RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Legal on system support
• Support forecasting and pipeline reporting with RevOps analytics
