Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Manager, GTM Engineering to architect the systems and automation behind our Enterprise commercial pillar, spanning PCP referrals and EAP motions. You will set technical standards, data models, and governance for Provider Experience, PCP, and EAP, while building end-to-end GTM systems.

The role demands 8+ years in technical RevOps or GTM Engineering, HubSpot mastery, and experience with AI agents; the position is hybrid in NYC with on-site three days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical RevOps or GTM Engineering in a high-velocity B2B environment.
• Ability to own architecture across multiple GTM motions (Provider Experience, PCP, EAP).
• Strong data modeling, data governance, and CRM data concepts.
• Hands-on with AI agents and autonomous GTM automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect PCP referral and EAP systems end-to-end.
• Build data models and automation for inbound referrals and consultant management.
• Develop AI agents to perform GTM tasks and run experiments with validation.
• Define governance, standards, and integration patterns across GTM systems.
