Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Revenue Systems Analyst to own and optimize our GTM stack, including CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS integrations. You will work across the full GTM technology landscape, ensuring data integrity and secure access at the data layer, while leveraging AI/agent tooling to streamline processes.

You will start hands-on and grow into architectural ownership, collaborating with Rev Ops and cross-system teams to drive scalable, auditable systems across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on building and maintaining an object-oriented CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the GTM stack: users, objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, validation logic, data hygiene.
• Own access and security at the data layer with granular controls.
• Build automation for deal-stage gates, handoffs, territory and eligibility logic.
