Job summary

doitintl is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the CRM, CPQ and marketing automation stack. You will transform requests into scalable solutions, partner with engineering, and automate workflows to reduce manual steps while ensuring data quality across Salesforce, HubSpot, and CPQ integrations.

You will collaborate with business teams, apply AI tools, and provide EMEA-hours support, delivering reliable integrations and analytics that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model).
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and REST APIs.
• Able to write scripts in Python or JavaScript.
• Track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service.
• Systems thinking and ability to design across connected systems.
• Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and the marketing funnel.
• Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools daily.
• Clear communicator who works well with business users and engineers.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in the country of residence (visa sponsorship not provided).

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM systems as one connected whole: CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools.
• Turn requests into problems and propose options with trade-offs.
• Remove recurring manual work by automation or self-service tools.
• Build automations, small tools and integrations with simple, maintainable approaches.
• Keep the data model lean and trustworthy across systems.
• Keep integrations reliable; respect API limits and ensure sandbox-production parity.
• Use AI tools to build, investigate issues, and speed up tasks.
• Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and document changes.
