Job summary

doitintl is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the integrated stack of CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and related tools. You will translate requests into scalable, well-architected solutions that consider data flow across systems, collaborating with sales, marketing and revenue operations.

You will automate manual tasks, build integrations, and leverage AI tooling daily to speed delivery while preserving data quality and governance across the GTM stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model), plus HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL and REST APIs; ability to write scripts in Python or JavaScript.
• Track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service.
• Systems thinking across connected systems to place logic and data correctly.
• Understanding of the lead-to-quote-to-close funnel and marketing attribution.
• Comfort with using AI coding and automation tools daily.
• Clear communicator who can push back with reasons and collaborate with business users and engineers.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM systems as a connected whole: CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and data sharing.
• Turn business requests into solvable problems; propose options and trade-offs.
• Eliminate recurring manual work by automation or self-service tooling.
• Build automations, small tools and integrations with simple, durable approaches.
• Keep data model lean, retire unused fields, and enforce data quality.
• Maintain reliable integrations; prefer native connectors and manage API limits & sandbox consistency.
• Use AI tools to build, investigate issues, and speed up routine work.
• Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and inform the next fixes.
• Document changes and follow change management from sandbox to production.
