Job summary

Zip Co is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Manager to own the GTM systems roadmap and design scalable solutions across the tech stack. You will bridge business strategy and technology execution, optimizing processes for Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, and Revenue Operations.

You will lead initiatives from ideation to adoption, build automation, and drive reporting frameworks with senior leadership. A remote-first role with NYC office optional.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM systems roadmap across Salesforce, enrichment tools, enablement platforms, and reporting systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish design standards, governance, and automation to reduce manual work.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and act as senior advisor on systems strategy.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce and GTM technologies; build automations and integrations.
• Measure business impact and communicate value of system improvements.
