Zip is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Manager to own the systems, processes, and automation powering Zip's Go-To-Market organization. You will bridge business strategy and technology, identify bottlenecks, and scale revenue operations across Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, and RevOps.

You’ll lead problem identification through design, build, adoption, and measurement of impact, with success defined by productivity gains, scalability, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or related roles.
• Experience owning and optimizing GTM systems and business processes in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience defining architecture, governance and operating design across the commercial tech stack.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation and adoption.

Responsabilités

• Own the GTM systems roadmap and design scalable solutions that support future-state architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions across the GTM technology stack.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption.
• Establish design standards, governance, and automation to reduce manual work and improve speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce and GTM technologies; build automations and integrations.
