Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Business Systems professional in New York to own the GTM systems domain end to end, including architecture, health, and ROI-driven prioritization. Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems at a fast-paced company.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience, plus HubSpot depth.
• Non-trivial Salesforce flows built and debugged at scale.
• Ability to frame problems and ship outcomes, not just specs.
• Metrics-driven prioritization with ROI-focused decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a GTM systems domain end to end: roadmap, architecture, health.
• Build and deploy Salesforce automation end to end: flows, objects, fields, approvals.
• Translate requirements into outcomes, not just objects and fields.
• Prioritize requests against ROI and communicate the ROI clearly.
• Own integrations: lead routing, enrollment, booking, attribution across tools.
• Own dashboards and data models; deliver decision-useful reporting.
• Drive cross-functional alignment from scope to closure without a PM.
• Leverage AI to speed up flow logic, tests, and docs while ensuring guardrails.
