Zone & Co invites a GTM Engineering leader to architect the infrastructure behind our go-to-market engine, including data enrichment, system integrations, and automation that scales pipeline generation. You will drive AI adoption across GTM workflows, turning ideas into production-ready solutions while guiding the team to mature from manual prospecting to robust, governed systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building GTM automation and integrations personally.
• Deep expertise in Clay or a comparable enrichment platform.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience applying LLMs and agentic tooling to revenue workflows.
• Understanding of BANT, MEDDIC or similar sales qualification frameworks.
• Knowledge of deliverability, data quality, and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Experience mentoring a team and shaping scalable GTM systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into working systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the data and integrations powering GTM automation.
• Build inbound/outbound workflows and enrichment pipelines.
• Develop agentic workflows for enrichment, scoring, and rep productivity.
• Lead the GTM engineering team through transitions to production-ready systems.
