Job summary

Zone & Co is seeking a GTM Engineering leader to architect the infrastructure behind our go-to-market engine, including data flows, enrichment, integrations, and automation powering inbound and outbound motions.

This is a fully remote, international role where you’ll drive scalable systems, mentor the team from BDR to GTM engineers, and collaborate across CRM, marketing, and data warehousing to improve pipeline and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building GTM automation and integrations personally, not solely directing others.
• Deep expertise in Clay or a comparable enrichment or workflow platform.
• Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proven experience applying LLMs and agentic tooling to real revenue workflows.
• Understanding of sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) and multi-touch attribution.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, data quality, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working systems.

Responsibilities

• Data and integrations: Connect enrichment providers, internal data sources, and AI to keep account and contact data accurate and usable.
• Automation: Build inbound lead scoring, routing, and response workflows; outbound list building, enrichment, sequencing, and conversion tracking.
• AI and experimentation: Design agentic workflows for enrichment, personalization, scoring, and rep productivity; run structured experiments and report on system performance.
• Team enablement: Guide BDRs as they transition into GTM engineering and mentor colleagues across GTM who build agents and automations to production readiness.
• Governance, quality, and compliance: Design safeguards for deliverability, data quality, and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance; scope and test everything before release; apply cost/performance guardrails.
