Sent, Inc. is hiring a GTM Engineer in NYC to design and build the systems powering our go-to-market motion. You’ll sit between sales, marketing, and customer success, turning manual work into automated workflows and owning the GTM stack end to end.

This high-ownership role requires experience shipping real automations in RevOps, GTM engineering, or related fields. You’ll prototype internal tools, automate prospecting workflows, and ensure CRM data integrity with dashboards for leadership

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, or sales ops at a startup
• Ability to work outside standard hours and at times when deals are time-sensitive
• Proven track record shipping automations used by teams
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and GTM tooling
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain automated GTM workflows across prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, outbound sequencing, and handoffs from marketing to sales
• Own our GTM tech stack: CRM, enrichment, outbound, marketing automation tools, including integrations and vendor evaluations
• Prototype and ship internal tools, scripts, and AI-powered workflows to save time for AE/SDRs
• Design GTM processes: lead lifecycle stages, deal stages, renewal/expansion workflows
• Keep CRM clean: accurate data, pipelines and dashboards for leadership visibility
• Partner with VP of Sales/Marketing to fix funnel bottlenecks via process or tooling
• Create playbooks and onboarding docs for GTM hires
• Lead ad hoc projects: territory & comp modeling, TAM/SAM sizing, competitive research
