Job summary

Zenity is seeking a GTM Applications Senior Manager in NYC to own architecture, integrations, and automation across the GTM stack, with a focus on AI-driven workflows. The role couples strategic leadership with hands-on governance of HubSpot and related tools in a hybrid NYC office.

You will drive data quality, implement scalable data flows, and partner with Sales Ops and Finance to deliver actionable analytics and forecast-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM systems or business applications in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Deep HubSpot architecture and administration expertise.
• Experience with AI-enabled GTM toolchains and data automation.
• Strong integration/automation platform skills (Workato, Tray, MuleSoft, Zapier).
• Fluency in data warehousing and BI tools; SQL proficiency.
• Enterprise sales motions and complex deal structures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM tech stack architecture, governance, and roadmap for integrations.
• Design and maintain HubSpot data model, objects, fields, and workflows.
• Lead integrations across HubSpot and other platforms with AI/automation use.
• Establish data hygiene standards, deduplication, enrichment, and ownership.
• Build GTM workflows including lead routing, territory, opportunity stages, and approvals.
• Deploy AI-enabled GTM tooling and agent-driven workflows.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to enable forecasting and executive reporting.
• Prioritize requests and communicate timelines for platform investments.
• Support partner and marketplace motions with secure access and vendor reviews.
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and ROI metrics for the GTM stack.
