United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Business Partner to support the AMER EnterpriseTech organization. You will partner with sales leadership to drive strategic analysis, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives while engaging executives to steer the business.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, reporting, and evolution of sales motions across regions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and optimize revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy, revenue operations and management consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL or R and data modeling to extract insights.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and executive storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with GTM systems and BI tools (Looker/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis, Operations & Planning: partner with sales leaders on territory strategy, resource allocation and growth initiatives.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: analyze metrics and build scalable insights using SQL/BI tools.
• Go-to-Market Execution: develop use-case frameworks and support expansion and retention strategies.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: advise senior leaders and translate analyses into executive-ready narratives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Revenue Ops, Enablement, Finance, and Product teams.
