Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an experienced GTM Strategy & Operations Manager for EMEA to drive regional planning, forecasting, and territory design. You will partner with regional sales leaders to translate data into actionable plans and ensure data integrity across systems.

You'll move between strategic bets and hands-on execution, owning cadence, pipeline health, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Finance, and Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM strategy, or corporate strategy in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to own and execute complex operational processes with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Shape go-to-market strategy for EMEA; prioritize countries/regions and define coverage models.
• Own territory design and book-of-business construction with equitable distribution.
• Lead regional planning cycles across capacity, headcount, and targets.
