Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Business Partner to support the AMER Enterprise Tech organization in New York. You will work closely with sales leadership to analyze segment strategy, optimize territory planning, and drive growth initiatives while supporting global strategic priorities.

You will analyze sales performance using SQL/Python, develop actionable insights, and build dashboards for executive audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of sales strategy, revenue operations, management consulting experience.
Proficiency in SQL or R; able to build models and extract insights from datasets.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales leadership to analyze and refine segment strategy including territory planning and growth initiatives.
Maintain business reviews and operating cadences to hit revenue targets and strategic objectives.
Develop dashboards, models, and analyses to support GTM motions and executive reviews.
Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders with clear, concise, data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate across Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Strategic Finance, and Product teams.
