Job summary

Assured in New York City is hiring to own the outbound engine, build an ICP model, and manage data across HubSpot for reliable pipeline reporting. This role leads enrichment, sequencing, and contractor coordination, with final responsibility for accurate funnel reporting and GTM tooling selection.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in GTM or outbound roles at a B2B startup, deep HubSpot or Salesforce fluency, and a track record of running events that generate pipeline. In-office role, 5x per week.

Qualifications

• You’ve built an account list or ICP model from scratch and can explain scoring.
• 3–5 years of experience in GTM, sales or marketing operations, or outbound at a B2B startup.
• You’ve run outbound with hands-on involvement and show measurable results.
• You’ve managed data in HubSpot or Salesforce and ensured clean pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build the scored account universe and ICP models from public and firmographic data.
• Run outbound, enrichment, and sequencing through contractors and offshore support.
• Own HubSpot as the system of record and ensure clean data, pipelines, and handoffs.
• Own the GTM tool stack (Clay, ZoomInfo, related sources) and report pipeline impact monthly.
