Job summary

DualEntry is hiring in New York, NY for a GTM/RevOps-focused role. You will own the HubSpot-driven go-to-market, outbound sequencing, and lifecycle routing to maximize meetings and revenue.

You'll partner with Marketing and Sales, refine copy, automate workflows, and maintain clean data across tools like Apollo, FullEnrich and Demandbase. Equity is a major part of the package, with a strong growth trajectory.

Qualifications

2+ years of GTM Engineer / RevOps / Sales Ops or Marketing Ops experience.
Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, lifecycle stages and reporting.
Proven track record building and managing outbound sequences end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve GTM and RevOps setup across HubSpot and outbound tools.
Write, test and refine outbound copy for email and LinkedIn to book meetings.
Define lead tracking, routing logic and lifecycle stages across inbound/outbound/LinkedIn.
Identify drop-offs and implement automated follow-ups; maintain data quality with tools.
