Job summary

DualEntry is building the OS for finance and seeks a GTM/RevOps professional to own outbound programs and HubSpot-based lifecycle management. You will design and optimize sequences, routing, and reporting to drive meetings and pipeline across the GTM stack.

You will work with a fast-moving team, shaping data-driven processes, and collaborating across marketing and sales. Equity is included along with competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM Engineer, RevOps, Sales Ops or Marketing Ops.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, lifecycle stages, routing & reporting.
• Proven end-to-end outbound sequences and copywriting.
• Experience with Clay, Smartleads, HeyReach, Apollo or similar GTM stack.
• Solid lead tracking, attribution and follow-up workflows.
• High attention to data quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve GTM/RevOps setup across tools.
• Create and iterate cold email and LinkedIn sequences, including copy and targeting.
• Set up outbound workflows and optimize tech stack for performance.
• Write, test, and refine outbound copy to book meetings.
• Define and maintain lead tracking, routing, and lifecycle stages in HubSpot.
• Identify drop-off points and implement automated follow-ups.
• Maintain clean, enriched data using GTM tools and data enrichers.
