Job summary
ZoomInfo is seeking a GTM Client Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-level CRM/Marketing Automation implementations and provide strategic guidance to high-value clients. You will collaborate with IT leadership to tailor integrations to business objectives and drive long-term success.
The role requires advanced technical expertise across multiple platforms, strong problem solving, and mentorship of junior staff.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementations in enterprise environments.
- Advanced certifications in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Microsoft Dynamics are preferred but not required.
- Deep technical proficiency across multiple platforms with ability to architect multi-system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise implementations and guide high-value clients during deployment.
- Engage with executives and IT leaders to tailor integrations to business objectives.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve advanced integration issues; document root causes.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate across Sales, Support, QA, and Product.
