Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a GTM Client Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-level implementations and guide customers through complex CRM/MA integrations. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

You will mentor junior managers, influence product and engineering through documented insights, and stay ahead of industry trends. This hybrid US-based role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation implementations in enterprise environments.
• Advanced certifications in Salesforce/Marketo/HubSpot/Eloqua are preferred but not required.
• Deep proficiency architecting multi-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level implementations as a senior member of the Integration and Implementation Team.
• Maintain expert-level understanding of CRM/MA integrations across multiple platforms.
• Engage with C-level and IT stakeholders to align tech roadmaps with business goals.
• Provide guidance on best practices, optimization, and scalability.
