ZoomInfo is seeking a GTM Success Manager II to join our Customer Success team in a hybrid role. You will drive adoption, retention, and growth by delivering business value through deep, strategic customer partnerships with world-class enterprise clients.

You will develop strategic account plans, deliver business reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Enablement to maximize customer outcomes. A strong background in SaaS, cross-functional collaboration, and executive storytelling is

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or sales in a competitive SaaS environment.
• 2+ years with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Act as an extension of strategic customers to accomplish defined objectives.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Proactively grow the breadth of strategic relationships within customers.
• Identify and mitigate renewal risk and prevent attrition.
• Align account activities with the customer’s business case and strategy.
• Establish and sustain relationships through the full life cycle of the subscription.
• Educate customers on new features and releases and monitor adoption trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to remediate issues and ensure renewals.
