Job summary

ZoomInfo is a fast-moving platform empowering teams with GTM intelligence. The role focuses on leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, while advising clients on best practices and scalable integration patterns across Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and Dynamics.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with Sales, Support, QA, and Product teams, and stay ahead of emerging integration technologies to maintain leadership in the space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 2+ years in enterprise CRM/Sales/Marketing automation implementations.
• Advanced certifications in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua or Dynamics preferred but not required.
• Deep proficiency across multiple platforms for multi-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑level CRM/MA implementations and guide high‑value clients.
• Advise on best practices, optimization, and scalable integration architectures.
• Troubleshoot, perform root‑cause analysis, and document defects for teams.
• Mentor Level 1–2 Implementation Managers and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Discuss technical designs with C‑level and IT stakeholders and produce documentation.
