ZoomInfo is seeking a GTM Delivery Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level integrations and engagements with senior client stakeholders. This hybrid role requires deep CRM/MAT expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to guide technical strategy across multiple platforms.

Located in the US with a hybrid work model, you will mentor junior managers, drive best practices, and contribute to product development through rigorous issue resolution and proactive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with technical CRM/Marketing Automation platforms in enterprise environments.
• Advanced certifications in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Microsoft Dynamics are preferred but not required.
• Deep technical proficiency across multiple platforms with demonstrated ability to architect complex, multi-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level implementations as a senior member of the integration team, guiding high-value clients.
• Maintain expert understanding of CRM/MAT integrations across platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and Dynamics.
• Engage with C-suite and IT leaders to customize integrations aligning with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on best practices, optimization, and scalability for long-term success.
• Identify product defects and collaborate with Engineering for improvements.
