ZoomInfo is seeking a GTM Delivery Analyst to join the Customer Integrations and Implementation team. You will lead complex, enterprise‑level implementations and guide high‑value clients through deploying ZoomInfo solutions within their internal systems.

You will engage with IT leaders and executives, advise on best practices, troubleshoot incidents, document findings, and mentor junior team members. This hybrid role is based near Bethesda, MD, with a US base salary around $85,000–$93,000 plus

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, and/or Sales Acceleration platforms in enterprise environments.
• Advanced certifications in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Microsoft Dynamics are strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-level implementations for high-value clients.
• Engage with IT leaders and executives to customize integration deployments.
• Provide root-cause analysis and develop preventive measures for system stability.
• Mentor Level One and Two Implementation managers to adopt best practices.
