Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementations in enterprise environments.
• Advanced certifications in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Dynamics preferred but not required.
• Deep technical proficiency across multiple platforms with multi-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level implementations and provide strategic guidance to high-value clients.
• Engage with C-level and IT leaders to tailor integration deployments to business objectives.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform root-cause analyses.
• Document defects, propose enhancements, and collaborate with Product/Engineering teams.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and collaborate across departments.
