Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms to unify data, tooling, and AI-enabled GTM capabilities. You will partner with Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams to translate business goals into scalable data solutions that drive measurable customer and revenue outcomes.

This role demands strong data/technical skills, experience with martech/CRM, and a strategic, proactive mindset to build new capabilities from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM and/or marketing technology, data and analytics, sales technology, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience translating complex business objectives into scalable data and/or technical solutions and tooling.
• Highly proactive individual who can independently assess, structure, and execute on ambiguous problem domains and drive to outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems/sources, dashboards and analytics tooling, commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing, and sales enablement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities at all levels within an organization.
• Excellent collaboration and effective listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Integrated Demand and GTM team and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and activate priority data and tooling capabilities to scale growth.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including a next-best-action engine and integrated demand and GTM capabilities.
• Develop a reliable tracking system that connects GTM growth strategies and demand across the marketing funnel with measurable insights.
• Identify opportunities to integrate demand gen and GTM systems and digital-first growth motions through tooling and automation.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, technical feasibility, and operational requirements to deliver scalable tooling and GTM solutions.
• Analyze existing demand gen and GTM operations to identify blockers and inefficiencies and proactively mitigate them.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to drive clarity and alignment in GTM and Product Adoption workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue objectives.
• Support and provide feedback around targeting, growth opportunity identification, propensity modeling, and lifecycle analysis.
• Interface with leadership and provide feedback for improvements around GTM tooling.
• Translate GTM opportunities into technical solutions and scalable tooling for customer growth.
• Perform additional duties as required by the business.
