Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms to build data and tooling capabilities that power our marketing and GTM motions. You will translate business opportunities into scalable data solutions and lead cross-functional efforts across Marketing, Revenue, and Product Operations.

The role requires strong data/technical expertise, experience with martech/CRM systems, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable customer and revenue outcomes. Remote-friendly and high-impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in technical product/program management, GTM, or marketing tech.
• Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into scalable data/tools.
• Proactive, independent problem-solver who can handle ambiguity and drive outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, dashboards, and analytics tooling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM team and stakeholders to gather requirements and activate data/tooling capabilities.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling and a next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable data-tracking system to connect GTM and marketing funnel metrics.
• Identify opportunities for deeper integration of demand gen and GTM systems and automation.
• Balance business goals with feasibility to deliver scalable GTM tooling.
• Analyze current demand gen and GTM operations to identify blockers and improve efficiency.
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams for alignment in GTM and product adoption.
• Align marketing, product, and revenue objectives with leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Provide feedback on targeting, growth opportunities, and lifecycle analysis to inform the function.
• Interface with leadership and act as a sounding board for GTM tooling improvements.
• Translate GTM opportunities into scalable technical solutions and tooling.
• Perform additional duties as required by the business.
