Job summary

Lumen is advancing its Integrated Demand & GTM team to build data and tooling capabilities powering marketing and GTM motions at scale. The Senior Lead will deliver next-best-action capabilities, growth opportunities, and AI-enabled GTM capabilities across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Marketing Operations.

We seek a proactive leader with data, analytics, and enterprise architecture experience. The role requires strong collaboration, communication, and the ability to translate business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM/marketing technology or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into scalable data/technical solutions.
• Independent, proactive problem-solver with strong oral and written communication.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, dashboards and analytics tooling.
• Ability to align marketing, product and revenue objectives across functions.
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with integrated demand and GTM teams and design scalable data/tooling capabilities.
• Lead technical requirements and development for growth tooling and a next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable tracking system linking GTM strategies to marketing funnel metrics.
• Identify opportunities for deeper integration of demand gen and GTM systems via automation.
• Deliver scalable tooling that balances business needs with technical feasibility.
• Analyze current demand gen and GTM operations to remove blockers and inefficiencies.
• Bridge technical and non-technical teams to align customer GTM and product adoption outputs.
• Collaborate with business/tech leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue goals.
• Provide feedback on targeting, growth opportunities, propensity modeling and lifecycle analysis.
• Interface with leadership to improve GTM tooling and activation.
• Translate GTM opportunities into actionable technical solutions.
• Perform other duties as required.
