Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM teams to design data capabilities.
• Lead requirements for customer growth tooling including a next-best-action engine.
• Develop tracking to connect GTM growth to marketing funnel and measure outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for integration of demand gen and GTM systems via tooling.
• Balance business, customer, and technical feasibility to deliver scalable tools.
• Identify blockers in demand gen and GTM operations and solve them.
• Bridge technical and non-technical teams to align GTM and product adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue goals.
• Provide feedback on targeting, growth opportunities, propensity modeling, lifecycle analysis.
• Interface with leadership to improve GTM tooling.
• Translate GTM opportunities into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform additional duties as required.
