Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead GTM Growth Platforms for a remote role in the United States.

You will shape data and tooling capabilities to enable marketing and GTM motions, including AI-enabled future capabilities, across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Marketing Operations. You will translate business opportunities into scalable data solutions, drive measurable customer and revenue outcomes, and collaborate with senior leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM/marketing technology, data and analytics, sales tech, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability translating complex business objectives into scalable data or technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams and leadership.
• Experience with marketing tech stacks and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM teams to design and activate data and tooling capabilities at scale.
• Lead requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including a next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable tracking system to connect GTM strategies across the marketing funnel.
• Identify opportunities to integrate demand gen and GTM systems through tooling and automation.
• Balance business, customer, and technical feasibility to deliver scalable GTM solutions.
• Act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams to align GTM and Product Adoption outputs.
• Translate GTM opportunities into technical solutions for scalable activation.
