Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms to unify data, tooling, and AI-driven GTM capabilities across Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams.

You will architect next-best-action solutions, ensure scalable data pipelines, and partner with cross-functional leaders to accelerate customer growth and measurable outcomes. The role requires strong data acumen, technical depth in martech/CRM, and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable technical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM and/or marketing technology, data and analytics, sales technology, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience translating complex business objectives into scalable data and/or technical solutions and tooling.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM team and cross-functional stakeholders to design and activate priority data and tooling capabilities to scale growth.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including a next-best-action engine and integrated demand/GTM capabilities.
• Develop a reliable tracking system that shows how GTM growth strategies connect across the marketing funnel with data, metrics, and insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to integrate demand gen and GTM systems with digital-first growth motions through tooling and automation.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, technical feasibility, and operational requirements to deliver scalable tooling and GTM solutions.
• Analyze current demand gen and GTM operations to identify blockers and inefficiencies, and proactively solve them.
• Act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams to align GTM and product adoption processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue objectives.
• Support customer targeting, growth opportunity identification, propensity modeling, and lifecycle analysis to inform GTM.
• Interface with leadership and provide feedback to improve GTM tooling.
• Translate GTM opportunities into technical solutions and scalable tooling.
• Perform additional duties as required.
