You will translate business opportunities into scalable technical solutions, collaborate across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Operations, and drive measurable customer and revenue outcomes with a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM and/or marketing technology, data and analytics, sales technology, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience translating complex business objectives into scalable data and/or technical solutions and tooling.
• Highly proactive individual who can independently assess, structure, and execute on ambiguous problem domains and drive to outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, dashboards and analytics tooling, commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing, and sales enablement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with presentation abilities at all levels.
• Excellent collaboration and effective listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Embraces a growth mindset and contributes to a high-performing, people-first team culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM team and stakeholders to gather requirements and activate data and tooling capabilities at scale.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including a next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable tracking system to connect GTM growth strategies across the marketing funnel and enable continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to integrate demand gen and GTM systems through tooling and automation.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility to deliver scalable GTM solutions.
• Analyze existing demand gen and GTM operations to identify blockers and proactively solve them.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to align GTM activities with product adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue objectives.
